Quality Objectives

Providing resources and activities to facilitate the career planning and goal setting for all students. Developing student’s skill to meet the Industries recruitment process by conducting value added courses by our faculties and corporate experts. Placing all students through campus & off-campus interviews. To motivate students to develop technical knowledge and soft skills. Also to motivate students to take competitive exams such as GATE, TOEFL, GRE, IES, UPSC, TNPSC, etc. Helping students to understand how to communicate their potential to an employer. Signing Memorandum of Understanding with national and international Institutions to promote and enhance academic and research interactions as well as collaborations.

Roles and Responsibilities of the PAT Cell

• It is committed to enhancing students from first year for employability in the job market.
• Inculticating the students to practice to identify the difference between them from their competitors.
• To develop the capabilities and mindsets that will make the student effective in their career through personality.

• It provides all audiovisual facilities for PowerPoint Presentations, aptitude, written test, group discussion and interviews.
• It provides clear idea about the interview and conducting mock interview by corporate HRs.
• Motivating students to collect material for apptitute and FAQ for MNCs from internet and presenting to all other students
• Arranging guest lectures, seminars and workshops by corporate experts and experienced academicians through online and off line mode to enhance student’s employability.
• Arranging in plant training and internships to all final year students in reputed companies.
• Signing MOUs to leading industries through Institute-Interaction Cell and encouraging students to become entrepreneur through EDC.
• Placements Co-coordinators will update their departmental records, prepare analysis and collect proofs from students.
• It ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies' officials.
